Chairs
Leneigh is an associate lawyer at Pushor Mitchell. Leneigh has an interest in alternate dispute resolution and has completed training in mediation and in the collaborative practice approach. She strives to assist her clients in coming up with creative and cost-effective solutions outside of Court if possible.
Bree Hankins has extensive experience helping families resolve their family law disputes. Bree’s family law practice is dedicated to helping families minimize the emotional and financial impact of a separation.
Secretary & Treasurer
Simone Brunton is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV). She specializes in business valuation and litigation support related to matrimonial and other shareholder disputes. She also practices in the area of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
Jenny Balko is Chartered Accountant in the Kelowna office of Grant Thornton LLP. She has extensive experience in providing a broad range of taxation services to individuals, corporations, partnerships and trusts.
Members-at-Large
Bev Churchill is a family lawyer who is committed to a practice that is completely settlement oriented. She wishes to avoid putting her clients through the stress, expense and uncertainty of court determined results.
Alex supports families of all kinds along the full spectrum of family law issues, advising clients who are dealing with everything from complex property holdings in multiple jurisdictions to parental alienation.
Iris is a Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC), a Certified Mediator, and has earned the additional professional credential of Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling (MPCC).
