This workshop will teach skills to help us suspend judgment, engage curiosity and be more effective exploring interests so that we can guide our clients to creative solutions that meet their unique needs.  We will focus on keeping interests ‘on the table’ throughout the collaborative process.  Two fun days of connecting with our Team & re-energizing your Collaborative spirit!

jacinta-gallantJacinta Gallant is a collaborative lawyer, mediator and trainer living in Charlottetown, PEI. She began her mediation & collaborative practice on Vancouver Island and is excited to return to BC. Jacinta is a trainer with the IACP Training Faculty, & has delivered workshops to collaborative professionals in Australia, Europe and across the USA and Canada.

Jacinta is known as an engaging, fun & insightful trainer. She loves the challenge of working with experienced professionals who want to deepen their skills to be more natural & authentic in practice. With a great sense of humour, & humility from “lessons learned”, she offers Collaborative training that will help you transform your practice.

Lawyers: This course has Law Society approval for 13 hours of CPD credits, including 6 hours for ADR – Mediation.
