Heidi assists her clients in resolving family law matters including: parenting issues (custody), child support, spousal support, and property division. Heidi has a general law practice background which provides her with a unique skill set to address complex support and property division matters, including those involving professional practices and family businesses. Heidi is an active member of the Okanagan Collaborative Family Group with an emphasis on dispute resolution through mediation and negotiation. Where matters cannot be resolved outside of court, Heidi regularly appears before the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court and she also has experience in the Court of Appeal.
In 2000, Heidi obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology. She then received her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2003 from the University of British Columbia. Heidi was called to the British Columbia Bar and became an associate with FH&P Lawyers in 2004 and joined the partnership in 2011.
